Check-in and check-out are flexible and can be arranged individually before your arrival.
Can I store my luggage?
Yes, we are happy to securely store your luggage if you arrive early or depart later.
What is the minimum age for guests?
We welcome teenagers aged 16 and older. Guests under 16 are not permitted to stay at the Ecolodge.

How can I check availability?
You can check available dates directly online.
Where can I get the best rate?
The best rates and booking conditions are available when booking directly through our website.
Are last-minute bookings possible?
As the Ecolodge has only 5 exclusive suites, we strongly recommend booking in advance.
What rates are available?
Accommodation rates, for example for a Junior Suite with balcony, start at approximately €130 per night, depending on the season.

How can I pay?
You can conveniently pay your bill in cash on site. If you do not have cash available, we can exceptionally also accept credit cards.
Is a deposit required?
No, no advance payment is required.

How many suites does the Ecolodge have?
The Ecolodge is very exclusive and offers only 5 individually designed suites, each with its own fireplace.
How many guests can stay in each suite?
Each suite is designed to accommodate 2 guests.
Is Wi-Fi and TV available in the rooms?
There are no TVs or radios in the rooms. Wi-Fi is available only to a limited extent in the lounge, allowing guests to fully disconnect and relax.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at the Ecolodge.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

How environmentally friendly is the Ecolodge?
The Ecolodge is fully self-sufficient, powered by 100% clean solar energy and supplied with water from its own well.
How far is the Ecolodge from Marrakech?
The journey to the Ourika Valley in the Atlas Mountains takes approximately 45 minutes.
Who manages the Ecolodge?
The hotel is managed under Swiss management.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included for all guests.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the Ecolodge offers an outdoor swimming pool with mountain views.
Is an airport transfer available?
Yes, an airport shuttle service can be arranged upon request.
