1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through dardb.com for accommodation at the Ecolodge.

The accommodation contract is concluded directly between the guest and the Ecolodge. Darb provides the online booking platform, while the Ecolodge is the direct contractual partner for the stay.

By making a booking, the guest accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking

Bookings can be made online through dardb.com, subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed once the guest has received a booking confirmation.

Each suite is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

The minimum age for guests is 16 years. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at the Ecolodge.

 

3. Rates & Taxes

The accommodation rate displayed at the time of booking is per night and includes the services specified in the booking.

The daily tourist tax of € 3 is not included in the accommodation rate and must be paid separately at the property.

Rates may vary depending on the season, suite category and availability.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.

• For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total stay will be charged.

• For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

 

5. Changes to Booking Dates

Date changes are available, subject to availability.

Guests wishing to change their arrival or departure dates should contact the Ecolodge as soon as possible.

Any change is subject to availability and may be subject to a different rate depending on the new dates.

 

6. Payment

Payment is made upon arrival at the Ecolodge.

Guests may pay their bill in cash. Credit card payment may also be accepted as an alternative.

No advance payment is required unless otherwise stated during the booking process.

The € 3 daily tourist tax is payable separately at the property.

 

7. Dining & Meals

The Ecolodge does not offer a traditional à-la-carte menu.

All meals must be ordered in advance, as our kitchen prepares each meal fresh daily using carefully selected, seasonal ingredients.

To ensure that we can prepare and serve your meals according to your preferences, we kindly ask guests to inform us in advance about their dining requirements.

Meal requests, dietary requirements and food allergies should be communicated before arrival whenever possible.

 

8. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are arranged individually with the guest prior to arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

Luggage can be stored securely at the Ecolodge before check-in or after check-out.

 

9. Age Policy

The Ecolodge welcomes guests aged 16 and older.

Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at the property.

 

10. Non-Smoking Policy

All rooms and suites are non-smoking.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or suites.

 

11. Pets

Pets are not permitted at the Ecolodge.

 

12. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property, its facilities and other guests.

Any damage caused to the property by a guest may be charged to the guest.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

 

13. Sustainability

The Ecolodge is fully self-sufficient, powered by 100% solar clean energy and supplied with water from its own well.

Guests are kindly encouraged to respect the Ecolodge's sustainable and environmentally conscious approach during their stay.

 

14. Special Requests

Special requests, including airport transfers, arrival arrangements, meals or other services, can be made in advance.

Special requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

 

15. Liability

The Ecolodge shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, extreme weather, technical failures or other events that cannot reasonably be prevented.

17. Respecting Privacy

We place great importance on the privacy, comfort and security of our guests and staff. Guests are expected to respect the privacy of others throughout their stay and agree to the following:

• To treat the identity of other guests and members of staff, as well as any private conversations, activities or information observed or overheard during their stay, as private and confidential.

• Not to photograph, film, record or otherwise capture identifiable images, voices or personal information of other guests or members of staff without their prior consent.

• Not to publish, share or distribute on any public platform, including print media, websites, social media or other digital platforms, any photograph, video, recording or other content featuring identifiable guests or members of staff without their prior consent.

• Not to use, publish or otherwise exploit any information, image, recording or content obtained during the stay for commercial, promotional or other unauthorized purposes without the prior written consent of the Ecolodge and the persons concerned.

The Ecolodge reserves the right to take appropriate action, including terminating a guest's stay, where the guest's conduct seriously breaches these privacy requirements or causes, or is reasonably likely to cause, harm, loss, disturbance or reputational damage to the Ecolodge, its guests or its staff.

Where a stay is terminated due to a serious breach of these obligations, the Ecolodge reserves the right to retain or charge amounts reasonably attributable to the breach, subject to applicable Moroccan law and the guest's legal rights.

 

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any booking made through dardb.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a booking, stay or these Terms & Conditions shall, where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco, in accordance with applicable Moroccan law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any mandatory rights or protections granted to consumers under applicable Moroccan law.

19. Access for Young Guests

Guests under the age of 16 may only stay at or enter the Eco Lodge when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized adult.

The Eco Lodge reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave the premises if there are reasonable concerns regarding disturbances, vandalism, aggressive behavior, or risks to the safety and well-being of other guests, staff, or the property.

This policy is intended to maintain a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment for all guests and staff and shall be applied in accordance with applicable law.
